Reset your password

You can only use this tool if you have registered with SJA Connect and provided either a mobile number or personal email account. Some accounts can only be reset if a mobile number is present.

  4. You will receive a password reset code on your mobile. If you have not registered a mobile on CONNECT, you will receive a password reset code on your personal email.
